Everyone’s gotta have a hobby, and for a long time, my hobby was web design. I made several personal and media sites before. In other words, I do web design for fun!

I can set up both a basic and a graphical website using (x)html, css, and PHP.  I also have a lot of experience with managing websites, so I know where you’re going to have trouble.

In other words, if you need an online presence, without having to pay a high cost to get there, I can definitely help. You can view my portfolio to see my skill level. However, keep in mind that most things in my portfolio is anime based, so it will not be as professional as it could be.

I can also do video editing and simple graphic design.

I can:

• Give you an instant online presence
• Set up content management systems so you can edit your own content
• Do custom template/layout design
• Do custom graphic design (nothing too artsy)
• Do video editing with some special effects (no 3D modeling)
• Give you counseling to some degree on web maintenance and its marketing.

I cannot:

• Work with flash (still learning, but trust me you don’t want me to learn with your site!)
• Do heavy back-end coding, such as e-commerce or client databases.
• Do anything too artsy, I’m not an art student.

The ideal person I would be able to help would be:

• Someone that needs an online presence for a small business
• Someone that wants a personal, club, or event web site.
• Someone that wants a blog of their own.
• Someone that needs to edit/modify a picture, or need a design for a small event or personal needs. (aka photoshop work)
• Someone that wants to get some videos edited, like for a movie (I’m not talking Hollywood here though), music video, commercial etc.

Needless to say, I’m NOT a professional web or graphic designer or web consultant. I don’t, or plan to do this for a living. However, I do have a lot of knowledge in this field, and is able to help you get an online presence, a design done, or a video editing in a fairly professional way.

I’m not trying to earn any money from doing this, I really just want to help out anyone I could. I’m more than happy to give you some advice on web design or send you links for any sort of resources you need right away! But because I can be very busy, anything that takes more than half an hour of my time will need to be charged.

If you want a quick website right away, I’m willing to set it up for you for $50. This will be probably a wordpress setup. This means exactly as follows:

• I help you find and set up a domain, or if you choose to host on my server I’ll help you set up a subdomain.
• I set up a content management system like wordpress. (the content management system I’m using)
• Create a custom layout for you!
• Teach you how to use the content management system.
• Will answer any questions you may have after about how to use the content management system.

I usually do graphic design for free, but it depends on the volume and the time I have at the moment, as well as my skill level. Just contact me! I always reply all of my emails in 48 hours!

Video editing will usually be around $20/hr of video. This depends, if you just want to add music to the background or an opening title but with 10 hours of videos, that wouldn’t cost you $200 for sure!
